The terms that apply when you order from VELNOR7.
Placing an order
An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed when we reply to your WhatsApp message to confirm it. Until then we may decline it, for example if a piece has sold out.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery is PKR 250, and free on orders from PKR 10,000. The delivery charge is shown before you place your order.
You pay cash on delivery, to the courier, when your order arrives.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan by courier. We confirm delivery details and timing with you when we confirm your order.
Sizing and exchange
Size exchanges are covered on the Returns and exchange page. The size guide lists the measurements for every size.
Product information
We photograph and describe every piece with care. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
