Shipping and delivery
Dispatched within 1 to 2 days of your confirmation, and delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Cash on delivery across Pakistan.
How an order moves
1. You place your order. 2. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by email, because we only dispatch confirmed orders. 3. We pack and dispatch it within 1 to 2 days of your confirmation. 4. A courier delivers it in 2 to 4 working days, and you pay the rider in cash.
Delivery time
Dispatch takes 1 to 2 days after you confirm. The courier then takes 2 to 4 working days to reach you. Remote areas can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that applies to you.
Delivery charge
Delivery is PKR 250, and free on orders from PKR 10,000. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment
Cash on delivery across Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives. Please keep your phone reachable, because the rider will call before delivery.
Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow your order any time on Track my order.
Your receipt
After delivery we send your receipt on WhatsApp or by email. It lists your pieces and what you paid, and it is also where you can tell us if something is wrong.

See Returns, exchange and refunds. You have 7 days from delivery to ask.
