Privacy
What VELNOR7 collects when you shop, why, and where it is kept. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, city and delivery address, and an optional nearest landmark. We also keep the pieces you ordered and the order total. If you choose to give an email address, at checkout or in the sign-up form at the bottom of our pages, we keep that too.
Why we collect it
Only to confirm your order with you on WhatsApp, deliver it, and answer questions about it. Your delivery details go to the courier who delivers your parcel. We do not sell your details. We do not use your delivery details for advertising.
How an order reaches us
Your order reaches us as a WhatsApp message that you send. When you place the order, the store also saves a copy of it in our hosting provider’s server logs, so an order is not lost if the message never gets sent.
On your device
Your bag, your saved pieces and your last order are stored in your browser, on your own device. They stay there unless you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes them. The store does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When our pages show an Instagram or TikTok post, it plays in that service's own window, and that service may set its own cookies when it loads.
If you give us an email address with your order, we use it to send your order confirmation and updates about that order, such as when it ships and when it is delivered. This is not marketing.
We send news about new pieces only to people who ask for it: those who tick the box at checkout or use the sign-up form. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any email from us and ask to be removed. We do not sell or share your email address for others to use.
Our emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which handles your address on our behalf only to send these messages.
Payments
We currently take cash on delivery only, so no card or wallet details are collected.

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about an order, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram @vel_nor7 and include your order number.
